This is my palette.
I am absolutely passionate about food. The flavours, the colours, and the stories that come with it – it’s a never ending source of creativity, of possibilities.
Untrained in the professional kitchen, instead I grew up in front of many Filipino stoves. My mama’s and my lola’s (grandmother) kusina, of course, are where I found my foundation. I bring with me what I’ve learned from them but also the new things I discover along the way.
Most important of all, cooking is my comfort.
